Quite a good course with an unusual par configuration: there are five par 5s and six par 3s. Unfortunately the short holes aren't the strength of this layout, the long ones are much better. This is especially true for the back to back par 5s at #9 and #10. Their length is almost identical, yet they play very differently.

The main defenses of the course are the greens, which are often presented in a Tour-like setup - very fast and difficult to read. Even though the course is bisected by a busy road, it is rather pretty and natural looking. Could be rated higher, but there are a bunch of somewhat generic holes.
