A rather basic course that was designed by the owner family and consequently should not be measured with a professional yardstick. It is fairly playable though, if not terribly exciting. The site is undulated enough to make for some interesting hole designs, although some of the rollercoasting fun is jeopardized by unnecessary blindness and overly sticky grass.

The clubhouse with its elegantly curving roof is the only exceptional feature, the rest is routine golf with a few quirky holes sprinkled in. The greens are very gently undulated and should become significantly faster when the course grows in. It's not the shortest of layouts, but there is only one moderate forced carry and most greens are open in front.

The scenery consists of a battery of pylons on top of agricultural land, but the surroundings are somewhat rural. The clubhouse sits on the highest point of the property and when it's ready, it should have a porch from which the action on island greens #9 and #18 can be followed.
