This course started as a 9 holer with double greens and some of them are still in use as regular (but huge) greens on the back 9 of today's 18 hole course. Other than that the course is more or less standard fare, relatively flat and moderately interesting. The clubhouse with its faux beach is quite nice, though.

One differentiating factor is the occasional wind, which can blow quite strongly here and will make scoring on the exposed terrain very difficult. The fairways are pretty close together, but there are no safety issues, which is a small wonder considering the copious traffic and restricted site. At the end of the day the course falls on the good side of average because of its generally sound hole designs and not a bad flow, especially on the back 9.
